I'm a painter of primitive art who was born in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.

While living in Arizona and going to art shows with my wife, who is a painter, a little worm got into me and I started painting chiles, which  I felt no one was representing.  We did many art shows throughout the Southwest.  After a couple of years we decided to move to Mexico.  In Mexico I continue painting chiles,  and the nature and people are so inspirational that I have started painting landscapes and figures, moving my art into a new direction.
